Welcome to Tori Golf Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Tori Golf Malaysia, a division of CV Tori Sport.
All products offered are subject to availability and may vary in design or color from images displayed online.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any content or service on this site without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, fit, or fabric texture may occur due to photography and display settings.

All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payment gateways.
In the event of incorrect pricing or technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Malaysia and selected international destinations.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume during campaign drops.

  • Standard Delivery (Malaysia): 3–7 working days
  • Express Delivery (Klang Valley): 1–3 working days
  • International Delivery: 7–14 working days

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Sale items, limited-edition drops, and accessories (such as UV stockings) are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team at torigolfmy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach your order number and clear product images. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
If a product becomes unavailable, Tori Golf reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and trademarks on this website are owned by Tori Golf Malaysia or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tori Golf Malaysia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
